For me, ... so that I am motivated...

Sometimes it’s difficult to be motivated. There’s so much to deal with. Often we don’t know what we should begin with, and when we get down to it, we do so reluctantly.
On the one hand we show interest in something, but nevertheless have the feeling that we can’t find time for it or that we aren’t able to do it. At some point everything becomes too much. The following steps may help you to find joy and motivation again: Divide each activity into several parts, and transform a mountain into small climbable hills.
Identify your focus and change it by consciously choosing another more suitable one.
Find something positive in everything and accentuate this. Tackle the activity with pleasure and a smile. Define goals to be reached in a specific time. Bring playful elements into the activity. Find a reward and give yourself this when the job is completed. Stay with what you are doing until it is finished. When this hill has been climbed, direct your attention to the next one using the same procedure. The mountain is now already smaller.
